I’ve been in my house since 2020 and since day one, Benji has been my “guy” to call for crawlspace issues! After we just purchased a new home,my son and I were always getting sick and having breathing problems. Even after inspection within 6 months mold was diagnosed underneath our house. Benji and his team were able to come into our home and kill off the mold and fully encapsulate the crawlspace and add a dehumidifier. My family has yet had any more health issues for the last 3 years.

They did thorough cleanout, fungal treatment, new vapor barrier and dehumidifier. The first dehumidifier was very loud and they quickly replaced with a much quieter model.
